Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking Physical Therapists for full-time or part-time positions which will cover parts of our service areas in and around Parker. We are also hiring Physical Therapists in Butler, Apollo, Parker and Monroeville allowing you to work close to your home.

The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional (LPT) responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing physical therapy service to patients in their home or current residence as prescribed by the attending physician. The therapist works as a member of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
