• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or MPT) in the state of service
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills
• Home health experience is a plus — but we welcome new grads with passion and drive
