Job summary

Waterview Rehab and Nursing Center in Queens, NY is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, balance, strength, pain management, and functional independence.

You will collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed while maintaining thorough documentation. A strong emphasis on patient relationships and continuous improvement guides daily work.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
