Qualifications

Active NH Physical Therapist license.
Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K–12).
Support students in mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and access to educational environment.
Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals.
Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and other school professionals.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.
Support use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Communicate student progress with supervising therapists and educational teams.

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based pediatric position in Merrimack, NH. This is a part-time, 2 day per week position. We will consider remote candidates with a NH PT license.

This role is ideal for PTs interested in pediatric therapy, school-based practice, and a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in students' everyday school experience.

We welcome new graduates, experienced PTs and retired clinicians interested in returning to practice.

Pay: $45-60/hour

PT Responsibilities

Depending On Licensure And Role, Responsibilities May Include
