Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in Merrimack, NH. The role offers 2 days per week (16 hours) with a potential remote option and a focus on pediatric therapy within K–12 settings.

Active NH licensure and a DPT or equivalent are required, with new graduates encouraged to apply. Competitive pay with benefits and a supportive clinical team are available.

Qualifications

• Active NH Physical Therapist license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K–12).
• Support students in mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and access to educational environment.
• Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
• Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and other school professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.
• Support use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate student progress with supervising therapists and educational teams.
