Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based pediatric role in Ludlow, VT. This full-time (40 hours/week) position supports K–12 students in a public school setting during the 2026–27 school year.

Ideal candidates have a Vermont PT license (DPT or equivalent) and a passion for pediatrics. Applicants including new graduates are welcome; strong teamwork and communication are essential as you collaborate with teachers, OTs, SLPs, and school

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring aPhysical Therapist (PT)for aschool-based pediatric positioninLudlow, VT.This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position.

This roles is ideal for PTs interested in pediatric therapy, school-based practice, and a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in students' everyday school experience.

We welcome new graduates, experienced PTs and retired clinicians interested in returning to practice.

Job Details – Physical Therapist (PT)

• Location:Ludlow, VT
• Position Type: W2 Employee
• Schedule:Full-time (40 hours)
• Pay: $45-60/hour
• Setting: School-based / Public schools (K–12)
• School Year: 2026–27

PT Responsibilities

Depending on licensure and role, responsibilities may include:

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K–12)
• Support students in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and access to their educational environment
• Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions
• Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and other school professionals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
• Support the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Communicate student progress with supervising therapists and educational teams

Physical Therapists (PTs) may also conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, contribute to IEP development, make clinical recommendations, and provide supervision to PTAs as appropriate.

Qualifications – PT
