Job summary

Chateau Napoleon Caring Center in Napoleonville, LA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide therapeutic exercises aimed at improving function and independence.

This PRN/on-call role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay starting at $42 per hour, and comprehensive benefits. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Louisiana or pursuing licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Experience in post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Compensation: Starting at $42–$60 per hour

Schedule

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Louisiana or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure

• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program

• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
