Job summary

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehab in Slidell, LA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans. You will provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management while educating residents and families on safe techniques.

• Licensed in Louisiana or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Compensation: $47–$60/HR (Depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
