Job summary

Chateau Napoleon Caring Center in Napoleonville, LA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop plans, provide therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with care teams to promote progress and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Louisiana or actively working toward licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence.
• Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner.
