Peak Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Mountain Home team. In this role you will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, and deliver hands-on treatment focused on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

Compensation:

$95,000- $105,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
