Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join Autumn Lake at Greenfield in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role features a $43–$50/hour pay range and comprehensive benefits; your focus is helping residents move more comfortably and safely with personalized treatment plans.

You'll evaluate mobility, strength, and balance, develop and adjust therapy plans, measure progress, and work closely with families and nursing staff to coordinate care.

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join Autumn Lake at Greenfield. You'll help residents work toward moving more comfortably and safely, with treatment plans built around what they want to accomplish.
