Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) at Autumn Lake at Post Acute Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $45-$50 and a benefits package.

You will evaluate residents, set goals, provide gait, balance, and strength therapy, reassess progress, and document care. Collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team is essential to support residents’ recovery and transitions.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland Physical Therapist license.
