Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist at Autumn Lake at Glen Hill. Work with skilled nursing residents at different stages of recovery, translating your clinical findings into treatment that helps them move safely and participate more independently in daily life.

You will assess walking, balance, strength, and mobility to guide rehab plans, set goals, deliver individualized therapy, and coordinate with nursing staff. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license.
• Strong evaluation, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
• Effective communication and timely documentation.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.

What You'll Do
