Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Autumn Lake at Greenfield in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay between $43 and $50 per hour.

You will work to help residents move more comfortably and safely, with treatment plans built around what they want to accomplish. You will evaluate mobility, strength, and balance, develop and provide individualized physical therapy treatment, and measure progress, adjusting plans as goals or abilities change.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
