Job summary

Milton Nursing & Rehab Center in Milton, PA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary staff while maintaining timely documentation in Net Health and PCC.

This flexible role supports short- and long-term care residents with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PT license.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Flexible and dependable

Responsibilities
