Job summary

Milton Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will deliver skilled PTA interventions under a supervising Physical Therapist and help residents improve mobility and independence.

We value teamwork, compassionate care, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary staff. Net Health and PCC documentation are used for progress notes and care planning.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license required.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused care approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under supervising PT.
• Assist residents in mobility, safety, strength, endurance, independence.
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete timely documentation using Net Health and PCC.
• Support resident-centered treatment plans.

Milton Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
