Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.
This is a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking for flexible PRN hours while working in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) environment. Help our residents improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve their highest level of function.

Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
Perform evaluations, progress assessments, and discharge planning
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, safety, and mobility strategies
Promote resident independence, safety, and overall quality of life
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
SNF/LTC experience is preferred, but not required
