Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Marietta, OH is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our senior living teams across Elison Marietta and Cedar Grove. The role includes roughly 20-25 hours per week with growth to full-time, and a sign-on bonus of $2,500.

Compensation is $53-$55 per hour, with benefits such as 401K, dental, vision, and CEUs. This position offers flexible scheduling, a lower-stress environment, and strong mentorship within a patient-centered geriatric setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods; perform physical tasks related to therapy.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Treatment and Education: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and home routines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

**$2,500.00** Sign-On Bonus!!!

Need: Part-time (around 20-25), 3 full days with growth to FT, 20-25 min between buildings (Elison Marietta + Cedar Grove). PRN also available

Location: Elison of Marietta in Marietta, OH, split with Cedar Grove Assisted Living in Parkersburg, WV

Setting: Senior Living (Assisted Living & Memory Care)

Rate Range: $53-$55/hr (based on years of experince)
