HealthPro Heritage is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Sunrise of Dublin, an assisted living and memory care community in Dublin, OH. You will assess mobility and implement therapy plans to improve function and independence.

Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team and provide education to residents and families, with comprehensive support and a predictable caseload in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; patient-centered approach.
• Physical: Ability to lift, stand for long periods, and perform therapy tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to aid recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary team meetings.
