Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Malden is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Malden, MO. You will design rehab plans, conduct evaluations, and provide one-on-one therapy to residents to help them recover and maintain independence.

Missouri licensure is required and a PT degree from an accredited program is needed. Experience is preferred, with a full-time day shift and advancement opportunities offered by Aspire.

Qualifications

• Formal Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Missouri PT licensure required.
• Experience as a PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement therapy programs (PT/OT/ST).
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with residents.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
