Aspire Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team. You will work with licensed therapists to implement and evaluate patient treatments, promoting independence and well-being.

Requirements include Missouri PTA licensure, high school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred), and 1-2 years of PTA experience, preferably in a skilled nursing setting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in our therapy team, working closely with our licensed therapists to provide high-quality patient care. You will assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient treatment plans, and help to promote patient independence and well-being. If you are passionate about helping others and have a passion for physical therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists with patient assessments, treatment plans, and interventions

• 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA); experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed
