All Care Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Long Beach, CA. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients with individualized plans designed to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment.
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful patient outcomes.
• Deliver effective therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, and ADL/return-to-life training.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery.
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and our in-house therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
