Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient clinics in California. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN openings to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

The PTA will assist the licensed therapist, perform routine treatments, document observations, and maintain records to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current and unrestricted CAPA license or ability to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assists the registered Physical Therapist in carrying out procedures and programs.
• Performs routine treatment procedures following the planned program.
• Observes, records, and reports to their supervisor conditions, reactions, and responses related to their assigned duties.
• Reports any pertinent findings to the registered therapist.
• Assists with maintenance of appropriate records.

Education

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Current and unrestricted CAPA Physical Therapy Assistant license; or ability to apply

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The estimated pay range for this position is:$35-$42/hour.
