Compensation: Guaranteed Base, Uncapped Potential, commensurate with experience, processed bi-weekly (26 pay periods), 30 points per week expectation.
Shift Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8/9 AM to 4/5 PM, Normal business hours, Flexibility.
The Physical Therapist (“PT”) is responsible for evaluating/assessing the needs of our patients and formulating treatment plans in the home care environment. A PT provides therapy services, including the creation and administration of care plans, as well as oversees physical therapy assistants. A PT must work collaboratively across the internal interdisciplinary care team, physicians, and other stakeholders in our patients’ care.
