InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Lancaster. If you want a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll deliver in-home PT services, evaluate mobility and function, implement rehabilitation programs, educate patients and families, and maintain Medicare-compliant documentation. Prior PT licensure and BLS CPR are required.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
