Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed home care Physical Therapists (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Lycoming County. If you are seeking a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a team that supports you, we would love to hear from you.

Deliver in-home PT services, evaluate patient mobility, and implement therapeutic exercise programs while educating patients and families on recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60-80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
