Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed PTs to provide in-home physical therapy to adults and seniors in Lansdale and surrounding areas. You will evaluate mobility and function to set personalized goals and implement effective rehabilitation plans in patients' homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.

• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Lansdale. • IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60-75 per visit

• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
