HealthPRO Pediatrics in York, PA, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team providing in-home services for children aged 0-3. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy, balancing direct treatment with documentation, and collaborating with families to support developmental goals.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time, as little as 5 hours/week), hybrid options, and competitive hourly pay of $65-$75 with benefits

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment and evaluation of physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; educate families on activities and adaptations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans; ensure compliance with standards.
• Advocate for clients and help families access resources and accommodations.

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in York, PA!

• Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as as little as 5 hours/week! Hybrid options available!
• Flexible Hourly Compensation: Standard rates of $65-$75/hour! Higher hourly rates for anyone open to traveling across county lines!

• Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a30-minute drive from the therapist's home! We have options in York/Adams County, PA areas as well as the opportunity to pick up more cases in Franklin County should you be interested!

• Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals and enhance their functional abilities. Educate clients and their families on improving daily activities, including the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
