HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, seeks Physical Therapists (PTs) to deliver Early Intervention services to children ages 0–3 in Chambersburg and surrounding areas. You can build your own schedule with options for Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN and wage starting at $70/hour with potential for higher rates if traveling within county lines.

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide Early Intervention services for children ages 0–3 in Chambersburg and surrounding communities.

Whether you're looking for a full-time change, a flexible side opportunity, or just a few extra hours each week, we can build a caseload around your availability and where you live.

• Approximately 1-hour visits—including documentation time.Your session time includes both treatment and documentation, with a company-provided laptop to make documentation easier.
• Hybrid flexibility available.Depending on caseload and service needs, some responsibilities may be completed remotely.
• W-2 employment—not independent contracting.Enjoy the flexibility of Early Intervention without giving up the stability and support of being a W-2 employee.

Make an Impact—Without Giving Up Your Flexibility

Early Intervention gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with young children and their families in their natural environments, helping build skills during some of the most important developmental years.

At HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, you'll have the independence to manage your schedule while still having the support, resources and stability of an established pediatric therapy organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania State PT License
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
• Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required
