Key Rehab is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our Humboldt, NE team in a SNF setting. The role includes supervising PTAs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and providing care in home‑health and SNF environments.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and to state and federal regulations.

• Flexibility and team collaboration.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with elderly patients.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Work in both home‑health and SNF settings, with a weekend schedule that can reduce the need for childcare at home.
