Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• The role is divided between Home Health and SNF settings and offers a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.

Minimum Qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active Licensure: Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
