Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist (PT) for Key Rehab, you will:
- Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
- Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
- Split between Home Health and SNF settings, offering a weekend schedule that can reduce the need for childcare at home.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Accredited Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
- Active Licensure: Current PT license in the state of practice.
- Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions.
- Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
- Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
- Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
