Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the Humboldt, NE team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate patients, formulate treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.

The role includes supervising PTAs and a split between Home Health and SNF settings, with weekend coverage possible to support caregiving needs. New grads and experienced therapists are welcome, with opportunities for professional development and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Code of Ethical Conduct and to state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
