Pay: $80 per visit
Location: O’ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Always Best Care is a Medicare-certified Home Health agency dedicated to helping patients remain safe, independent, and active in their own homes. Our therapy team plays a vital role in supporting seniors as they improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide home health services across O‘ahu.

- Conduct skilled therapy visits in patients' homes
- Perform PT evaluations and follow-up assessments
- Develop fall prevention and safety strategies
- Implement mobility, balance, and strengthening programs
- Educate patients and family caregivers
- Complete accurate Medicare-compliant documentation
- Current Hawaii license as PT
- Previous home health experience is a plus
- 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
