Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team serving Dauphin County, PA. This W-2 position offers flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with hourly pay ranging from $65 to $75.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; able to develop effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans to meet goals and improve daily functioning; educate families on strategies and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocate for clients and connect families with community resources and services.

Early Intervention | In-home services for ages 0-3 | Dauphin County

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our amazing Early Intervention team in the Dauphin County, PA area!

• Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as as little as 5 hours/week with our Part-Time options! Hybrid options available!
• Flexible Hourly Compensation: $65-$75/hour! Higher hourly rates for anyone open to traveling across county lines!
• Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home!
• Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
