Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join an in-house therapy program in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
