Enhance Therapies in-house program is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to join Rehab Advisors’ client in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Part-time role with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits, ideal for licensed PTs ready to contribute to quality patient outcomes.

New grads welcome; you’ll evaluate and treat mobility-related impairments, develop personalized care plans, and ensure regulatory documentation is up to date while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized care plans
