Rehab Advisors in-house client in Georgia is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. Enhance Therapies family supports your growth and long-term success.

You'll evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with the team to achieve quality outcomes while maintaining documentation and ensuring physician orders are current. New grads welcome!

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
