Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an in-house therapy program in a skilled nursing facility. This part-time role focuses on patient mobility, strength and functional outcomes in long-term care settings.

You'll design care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain compliant documentation, and ensure physician orders are current. New grads welcome—benefits include comprehensive health coverage and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
