Job summary

Sweetwater Care in the United States is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract with option to extend or permanent placement. Outpatient setting, day shifts, travel-friendly with housing and travel stipends included.

The role involves delivering physical therapy care, assessing and adjusting treatment plans, collaborating with medical teams, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation. A supportive environment with ongoing mentorship is promised.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year).
• Team player with a positive attitude and dedication to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical care and treatments to patients with various conditions.
• Assess and monitor patients' status, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
