Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility. The role offers day shifts, a competitive hourly pay rate, and housing/travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome, with supportive onboarding and a dedicated recruiter to assist from start to finish. The position can be 13 weeks with extension or a permanent placement option, allowing flexibility to travel nationwide or settle closer to home.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Ability to deliver PT treatments and document progress clearly

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:
