FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in California. This opportunity welcomes new grads and experienced PTs with a focus on patient mobility and independence.

You'll deliver PT treatments, monitor progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain timely documentation. Travel options or permanent placement provide flexible career paths.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test results.
• Fit for duty in the past year.

Position: Physical Therapist

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Shifts: Days

Pay: Excellent rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) - New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
