Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home pediatric therapy for children from birth to 21 years in Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate families to empower them in care.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapy License
• Degree from an accredited therapy program
• BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Provide skilled physical therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
