Job summary

MGA Homecare is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home pediatric physical therapy across ages birth to 21 in Colorado. The PTA will evaluate, develop, and adjust treatment plans, deliver hands-on interventions, and educate families while coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Degree from an accredited therapy program
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
• BLS CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Recent graduates welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
• Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
