Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago to evaluate and treat high-acuity patients in an acute care rehab setting. You will participate in early mobilization, cooperate with physicians and case managers to plan safe discharge, and rotate through ICU, step-down and med-surg units providing advanced therapies.

You must hold a Physical Therapy license and a current BCLS certification, with a flexible Days schedule and per diem status offering

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• 2. Current state Physical Therapy license.
• 3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.

Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Pay Transparency

Resurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is a flat rate of $48.17 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
