Job Description

The Physical Therapist will work in an outpatient setting with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients. The role includes evaluating patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient function and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, 12-14 patients per day
• Float to other clinics as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred
