Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN schedule in Carlisle, PA. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide skilled PT, and monitor progress within an interdisciplinary team.

Licensed PT or eligibility in PA is required or anticipated; SNF/long-term care experience is a plus but not required. Benefits include a 401(k) after 90 days for eligible PRN employees.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Establish functional goals and modify treatment as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
