Elara Caring is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide in-home care along the Connecticut Shoreline and into parts of New Haven. You will evaluate mobility, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one patient care in patients' homes across East Haven, Branford, Guilford, Madison, and surrounding communities.

You’ll have autonomy to organize your patient visits, support from a collaborative clinical team, and a base salary of $105,000–$115,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved physical therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Connecticut Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds

What You’ll Do

• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.

*The base salary estimate for this position is $105,000–$115,000 annually, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined by education, experience, skills, and internal equity. Benefit eligibility varies by position and employment status.
