Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for CT or state of work.
• Willingness to travel 50% and drive between patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services per Plan of Care under PT supervision.
• Follow Plan of Care and report changes to PT promptly.
• Instruct patients and families on use of assistive devices and home exercise programs.
• Maintain safety and adhere to applicable state practice guidelines.
