Bowling Green Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bowling Green, Virginia is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and lead therapy sessions in a state-of-the-art rehab gym. Flexible FT/PT/PRN options available and you will join a dedicated team of rehabilitation professionals.

Qualifications

• Virginia Physical Therapy License (or eligible for licensure)
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residents and develops treatment plans
• Obtains approval for services from the referring physician
• Treats residents per the physician's plan and participates in discharge planning
• Records evaluation, treatment, and charges; supervises PTAs and aides
• Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention

The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician’s treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
